GLUTEN FREE SOY SAUCE IN JAPAN

GLUTEN FREE SOY SAUCE IN JAPAN

Here are the gluten free soy sauce options I know of in Japan (and I’ll add to the list, as I go.)
I’ve made this list as lots of friends who can’t eat gluten have asked for this information.

*Of course, the most foolproof way to ensure you have gluten free soy sauce is to bring it from home.*
This is why I have it included as one of the things to prepare in advance in my Preparing for Japan article here.

It’s a good idea to bring Gluteguard from home too – I haven’t heard of anyone finding it in Japan before.
